If so, a leading Austin-based General Contractor specializing in ground-up and interior finish projects seeks your expertise as our Seasoned Commercial Construction Estimator.

You'll be the architect of numbers, building accurate and competitive bids that win projects worth $5M to $40M. Your keen eye will dissect plans for offices, municipal buildings, industrial hubs, and the hottest new dining spots, crafting estimates that hit the mark every time. With at least 6-8 years of commercial construction experience under your belt, you'll be:

• A take-off maestro: Utilizing on-screen take off software (PlanGrid, Bluebeam, etc.) with the speed and accuracy of a seasoned acrobat.
• A budgeting savant: Balancing cost, quality, and schedule like a financial gymnast, ensuring profitability with every bid.
• A city whisperer: Navigating the intricacies of city and municipal permits and regulations like a seasoned diplomat.

If you:

• Possess a relevant Bachelor's degree (or equivalent experience)
• Have a demonstrably successful track record in commercial construction estimating
• Are proficient in on-screen take off software and construction estimating software (RSMeans, AccuBid, etc.)
• Have experience navigating city and municipal permitting processes
• Can confidently navigate complex spreadsheets and financial models
